We aim to ship items within 2 working days from the date of order. Please be mindful during busy periods such as christmas that this may be delayed by a day or two, but if you don’t receive a dispatch email within 5 working days, please don’t hesitate to get in touch!
We post all orders to the UK using Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked and Signed for, and Royal Mail International Tracked for any orders outside the UK. You’ll receive a tracking number with your dispatch email letting you follow your little parcels progress!
For hygiene reasons, we can not accept returns on any earring products. If there has been an issue with the item or there is a breakage caused by a fault on our part, please email us at email@example.com and we can work together to find the best fitting solution!
