BEADED NECKLACES: HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I NEED?
For beaded necklaces with a doughnut clasp: to achieve the intended fit and look, I recommend measuring the curcumference of your neck and adding 2". If you would like the necklace to fit more like a choker - just add 1". To measure the circumference of your neck, use a flexible tape measure or a piece of string and a ruler.

I offer free ring sizing for maximum 3 sizes up or down. Otherwise there may be a resizing charge which will be subject to the ring design.
HOW CAN I LOOK AFTER MY JEWELLERY?
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED/POSTED?
All orders are packed using 100% recyclable and plastic free packaging. Each piece comes packed safe within its own branded gift box. UK and International orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked Service, you will recieve a dispatch email with tracking information when your order has been sent.
CAN I LEAVE A NOTE IF ORDERING A GIFT DIRECTLY TO A FRIEND?
Yep! Just leave your message in the 'notes' section at the checkout, and I will hand write it onto my especially lovely notecards and pop it in with your order.
WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY ORDER?
Most of NTH jewellery is handmade to order or available in small batches. As a small business this helps me to ensure I'm only making whats needed and minimising waste. This means that every order will have a lead time, whilst your jewellery is carved, cast, hallmarked, polished and packed by hand.
Every product will have its own specific lead time so please check your product listing for details. If you are buying a gift and have a deadline in mind - get in touch and I will make sure to prioritise your order wherever possible.
HOW DO I ORDER PERSONALISED JEWELLERY?
I have a whole collection of signet rings and pendants here that are ready to be personalised with hand etched intials and doodles. If you are looking for a custom doodle, please email me : hello@nighttimeholiday.com with your choice of ring/pendant and your ideas (however rough)!
